"We want to use cases to let local entrepreneurs gain insights in processing many data that is being collected through their clients' loyalty cards, for example. This can be done by starting their own market research or doing a satisfaction survey. And of course it's a great chance for networking", Lieve Janssens from UC Leuven-Limburg's Business Innovation expertise unit mentions.
