This Serbian was on a quest to acquire knowledge and ended up as a CEO

Marko Topalović, PhD is CEO and co-founder of ArtiQ (Leuven, Belgium). Marko was born and raised in Belgrade (Serbia). In 2012, he came to Belgium on a quest to acquire more knowledge and obtain a PhD degree.

Before co-founding ArtiQ, as a postdoctoral researcher at University Hospitals Leuven, Marko worked on improving and developing machine learning algorithms for the diagnosis of lung diseases.
