UZ Leuven one of the best hospitals in the world, says Newsweek

The American magazine Newsweek has chosen UZ Leuven campus Gasthuisberg as one of the best hospitals in the world. In its annual ranking of the world's 200 best hospitals, it is ranked 31.

According to editor-in-chief Nancy Cooper, the selected hospitals stand out for their 'consistent excellence'. They guarantee leading physicians, first-class nursing care and state-of-the-art technology," she writes.
