Talan acquires Dataroots consulting & tech specialist in AI and next-gen data platforms
The Talan Group announces the acquisition of Dataroots, a Belgian company, recognized for its expertise in artificial intelligence, data engineering and the design, strategy and implementation of next-generation data platforms.
This external growth operation allows Talan to significantly consolidate its position in these high-value-added services. Dataroots joins the group's Data Intelligence forces, exceeding 800 consultants, active in all our international locations. These activities are driven by a dynamic and fast-growing market for consulting and technology services linked to data.
Dataroots’ entity and brand will be leveraged to further scale its activities. Its leaders will integrate strategic functions within the Talan Group and will hold a stake in the company's capital.
This ambitious project is fully in line with Talan's desire to cover increased needs around high-quality data solutions from major public and private players, globally.
This collaboration will allow Dataroots to further strengthen its ability to provide high-end quality services through its complementarity with Talan’s current footprint. Theis major step also serves as a strong accelerator for Dataroots’ ambitious international expansion plans.
