Haystack welcomes former GfK -top and widens its scope to new expertise domains.

Leuven MindGate member Haystack continues to expand thanks to the strength of its proprietary Symphony Of Senses © framework. On November 6, it announced that former GfK Belgium leader Kris Vloeberghs has joined Haystack International as Managing Director. Together with Kris, another five ex-GfK senior consultants become part of the Haystack family.

With about 70 employees, Haystack will continue to invest in its FMCG expertise and expand its offering in domains such as Experience Management and Brand Strategy. Haystack is shaping a proposition with focus on digitalization to offer even more agile and hybrid solutions and stands for the best customer centric consulting in the market. In addition, Haystack will broaden its expertise into area’s such as Automotive, Telecom, Services, Banking, Durables, Leisure & Government.

Chairman & Founder Ludovic Depoortere says the group will pursue its accelerated growth plan with emphasis on significant business opportunities. He comments:

“By merging our talents with expertise in markets and digitizing the industry, there is a very strong synergy enabling us to leverage our Symphony Of Senses © framework to new sectors. This model has proven to be a strong base for the strategic advice we give to world’s largest brands in order to improve their customers’ brand experience.

Kris Vloeberghs describes his move as “an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected agency that is ideally positioned to accelerate and grow in the digital research area”.

This appointment is following the departure of Geert Van Boxem, who prepared the organization for this transition. We are very grateful for Geert’s contribution to our business and wish him all the best with his future endeavors.
