EASI acquires INTO IT
EASI has acquired Ghent-based IT company INTO IT Systems & Security. This allows EASI to expand the development of its existing security department and strengthen their market position.
"Both our organisations have outstanding competences in the cloud and security, this creates many synergies. We're convinced that our combined expertise wil allow us to offer more value to our clients and partners" Thomas Van Eeckhout, Managing Partner at EASI mentions.
INTO IT is active since 1998 and employs a total of 13 people who serve over 100 clients. Their offices in Oosterzele will be used for EASI's clients in East- and West Flanders.
