Porphyrio takes over Broiler planning solution
Porphyrio nv and Adifo nv have agreed that Porphyrio will take over Adifo’s Apros Broiler planning solution as from January 1st 2018.
Porphyrio is a Business Intelligence software company from Winksele, near Leuven. A team consisting of livestock experts, data scientists and Big Data IT and IoT developers focuses on delivering cloud based Business Intelligence solutions for modern livestock producers worldwide. Recently, Porphyrio gained presence in the Egyptian, Moldovan, Romanian, Bulgarian and Hungarian market.
"It is our mission to be a reliable partner for the poultry industry. For that reason Adifo’s Apros Broiler planning will be complementary to the existing modules we have. Today the planning module will run as a seperate product from our Smart Farm Assistant, but will be integrated in the near future", Kristof Mertens, Managing Director at Porphyrio mentions. "We have chosen for Apros Broiler planning as both the company Adifo and the product have proven reliability. A characteristic which fits us well."
