MashUp by Case: An Exponential Growth... What about your people?

POV: You are an entrepreneur who designed and sold drying cloths back in 2019 - plain and simple. Enter 2020... a world-wide pandemic, which increases exponentially the demand of fabric and which urges you to make protective mouth masks. You have to rethink, re-organize and reprioritize your business. Including the people who work with and for you. How do you do that?
