Since COVID it has become clear that the health of your organization is largely determined by the well-being of your employees. Well-being leads to lower absenteism, lower turnover and higher productivity.
Another reality is the complexity of the workplace. Besides the challenges of hybrid working, retirement age shifts and digital natives are entering the labor market. Never before have there been so many different age groups on the work floor.
Do all different generations working in a company have the same needs? How can organizations respond to these needs? Are there specific age-related aspects, which have an impact on employee’s well-being, their job engagement, their ambassadorship? Does an age-specific well-being policy make sense? And where can HR play a role in this?
Inge Van den Brande, International Director at Pulso Group and Audrey Boussart, Senior Consultant at the same company, will explore these questions during an interactive session.
A MashUp is a conversation, not a presentation. However, every MashUp will have an expert in the room who initiates a discussion and answers your in-depth questions. There is plenty of time to share your own experiences and learn from others.
At Pulso Group, Inge is responsible for well-being assessment & data-driven consultancy. She has a lot of experience in managing well-being projects in different companies and sectors, and in guiding companies in the development of their policy on well-being and engagement. Audrey guides companies with their vision on well-being and implementation of a integrated well-being policy. In addition, she also provides supervisions, workshops and trainings.
