Being or becoming a sustainable company is a must these days. Companies that invest in sustainable business often do better economically, are more resilient in times of crisis, and have more proud employees and spontaneous job applicants.
Your company identified 'sustainability' as one of the top priorities. But how do you line up your colleagues to this? How do you create leverage for this 'green commitment'?
A sustainable revolution involves change management: from rethinking production processes or integrating sustainability criteria... from your purchasing policy to the introduction of a bicycle leasing program.
How do you 'point the noses in the same direction' within your company? This process will be a dealbreaker for a sustainable and impactful business.
Guided by Saartje Boutsen and Charlotte Vandierendonck, Founding Partners of Studio D, you will receive tips and tricks on how to best position your company for sustainable business. You will also share your experiences with the others in the room.
A MashUp is a conversation, not a presentation.
However, every MashUp will have an expert in the room who initiates a discussion and answers your in-depth questions. There is plenty of time to share your own experiences and learn from others.
