Let's be honest. Corona has turned the marketing world completely upside down. It will continue to do so. The commercial dance used to be defined by sales plans, conferences and trade shows. That rhythm has changed. Today, the customer sets the dance. And if you're a smart marketer, you will become the customer's internal ambassador. The customer's dance partner.
As a marketer, today is the day to step up. Tell your company's story, starting from the needs of the customer, not based on your solution or product. Tell stories. Because the competition is not the competitor. It is every user experience the customer has, day after day. We have entered a new era, not just for marketing, but for the entire company. Join the change of power, and lead the dance.
In this MashUp, 2 tracks are foreseen:
- How do you become your customer's internal ambassador and what impact does this have on your business operations?
- How do you make your customer the center of your digital strategy?
A MashUp is a conversation, not a presentation.
However, every MashUp will have an expert in the room who initiates a discussion and answers your in-depth questions. There is plenty of time to share your own experiences and learn from others.

Expert: Koen Helsen (Marketing Director Bridgeneers) knows the ins and outs of the marketing sector like no other. At Barco, he rose to the position of Vice President Strategic Marketing, and before embarking on the entrepreneurial life at Bridgeneers, he worked as European Marketing Director at Cegeka. Now he is Managing Partner at Bridgeneers and runs the marketing department, with clients such as DHL, Living Tomorrow, Xeos and Curam Domi.
