You desire to grow your company by raising your first or additional external funding from external investors.
How to position your company from a strategic, business and transactional perspective is key to ensure a successful fundraising process and outcome.
In this Leuven MindGate MashUp you will share your plans or experiences with entrepreneurs and professionals in the room. Potential topics are:
- Attractiveness of busines model for future investors
- Positioning of business from a value creation perspective
- Organization of your first and subsequent fundraising rounds
- Structuring of the transactional aspects of your fundraising
Guided by Bart Vanhaeren, Founder and CEO of InvestSuite, and David Dessers, Founding Partner of Cresco, you will receive tips and tricks on how to best position your company for future fundraising.
A MashUp is a conversation, not a presentation.
However, every MashUp will have an expert in the room who initiates a discussion and answers your in-depth questions.
There is plenty of time to share your own experiences and learn from others.
