Branding is more than an identity. Many people are confused about what branding is. It’s not a logo, product or promise. In a connected world, brands need to determine the true value and meaning of their products or services, creating a brand experience. Brand experience is a gut feeling about that product, a service or the company. It’s creating an emotional connection, based on shared values and culture.

Let’s take a look at how a brand universe is created and what the impact is of it all.
