You have spent a lot of time and money on digitization technologies, but it mainly gives your team frustrations. Sounds familiar? Then, how to build efficient services that drive business value?
Zoë Duflou (service designer, Peel) teaches you how to improve your business processes by investing in research and design. Together with other participants, you will examine how you are approaching digital transformation, and get some valuable tips & tricks on how to draft a feasible (digital) strategy.
