What's in it for you?
At this informal Rendez-Vous, non-members will be immersed in the Leuven MindGate network.
After all, Leuven MindGate is the matchmaker for innovative companies in the broad Leuven Innovation Region. More than 420 organizations work with us to create a strong region where knowledge and skills are central.
Through strong events, substantive projects and with a communication megaphone for our members, we highlight the experiences and innovations of our members and strengthen them in their growth.

Filip Dehing, Founder/CEO of ASKA Bike - ÅSKA was founded several years ago by a couple of ardent Belgian engineers with a passion for bicycles. Together they applied their years of experience from the automotive industry, engineering and product development to e-bikes, and came up with an innovative state-of-the-art speed pedelec that combines comfort and adventure. Moreover, the Aska is 100% Made in Europe, all parts come from European manufacturers and assembly is done in our own country. In 2023, the Aska Supercommuter was voted best speedpedelec by the VAB.Julie Brown, Managing Director of Polar Circles - Julie Brown, co-founder & managing director of Polar Circles, is the driving force behind the TV program 'The Expedition: Greenland'. Julie also develops & executes a variety of corporate activities, including keynote presentations and interactive workshops. As a writer, she has published several expedition-related accounts since 1998. Together with her late husband Dixie Dansercour, she co-wrote Surpassing Sastrugi, a book with relevant links for the corporate audience.
Pieter Van Leemputten, UCLL Research & Expertise - Today's companies face relentless struggles with open job positions; our academy directly addresses this need by cultivating the innovative talents that businesses desperately seek. Driven by the transformative power of STEAM education, we not only prepare young minds for future challenges but empower them to invent new solutions in a world that is constantly changing. Pieter is the catalyst of STE(A)M talent at UCLL.
Leuven MindGate in a nutshell
No, we are not a training institution or yet another boring networking organization....
We are an innovative hub, where matchmaking and business leads are at the forefront. Focused on cross-fertilization and collaboration, always with a spotlight on innovation and stimulating growth for our members: from start-ups to multinationals.
