As global politics grow more unpredictable, the challenge of attracting and integrating international talent is becoming more and more challenging.
Export restrictions, sanctions, political polarization, shifting migration laws... these forces are reshaping the reality for employers and internationals alike.

How can we build welcoming, future-proof work environments in a world that feels anything but stable?

A MashUp is a conversation, not a presentation. However, every MashUp will have an expert in the room who initiates a discussion and answers your in-depth questions. There is plenty of time to share your own experiences and learn from others. This MashUp is part of the Hubs4Growth TechXperience sessions.

Join us for another intriguing Leuven MindGate MashUp that zooms in on this complex but urgent question.

We'll explore how international talent strategies must evolve (locally and globally) and what role employers, institutions, and support networks can play to stay ahead of the curve.
This MashUp targets HR professionals that work with international talent, day in, day out.
