Nowadays, employers are placing the digitalization of the HR process higher up on their list of priorities. Many are turning to digital onboarding to welcome and introduce their new recruits to the company. Trainings are becoming webinars or digital workshops and LinkedIn has become the number one tool for recruiters and organizations looking for new employees.

What is the best way to embrace this new digital reality in your organization? Do you have to go digital all the way, or is it possible to maintain a balance between modernity and old-school tactics? And how are other organizations managing this transition?

In this MashUp, we give you the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with other professionals. There is no expert in the room, who presents a Powerpoint presentation, but together with the other participants you will find new insights, based on each other’s experience. You can exchange ideas and solutions in an informal setting.
