Sr. OPC R&D engineer
Imec is looking for an experienced optical proximity correction (OPC) engineer to bolster its R&D endeavors in the computational patterning domain, which encompass high NA EUV, NA0.33 EUV and immersion 193, targeting advanced logic, memory and patterning initiatives.
What you will do
You'll be part of the OPC team, engaging in computational patterning R&D, including tasks such as high NA EUV OPC and modeling, inverse lithography technology (ILT), and curvilinear OPC.
Your role involves supporting imec's tapeout OPC efforts, encompassing tasks like SMO, OPC recipe creation, OPC model build, and hands-on OPC execution.
You'll contribute to OPC automation initiatives aimed at enhancing turnaround times.
Your responsibilities will include providing optimal RET solutions across various projects, evaluating OPC requests through collaboration with imec's patterning and integration teams, and overseeing project management aspects such as resource allocation, milestone tracking, and short- and long-term planning.
You'll also collaborate within imec's research ecosystem by communicating with both internal and external partners to define, plan, and execute technical projects, mentoring junior engineers on R&D projects.
You’ll spearhead the development of OPC-related R&D projects, with reporting responsibilities extending to both internal channels and external parties such as imec partners and international conferences.
