Electronics & Engineering - OtherAs our Operations Manager, you drive the implementation and execution of our proprietary processes into streamlined and world-class manufacturing capabilities. You ensure all aspects of professional operations: reliable manufacturing, high safety standards, equipment integrity, cost effective and environmentally sound processing. You plan and organize qualification, validation, and production campaigns to supply our customers with up to multi-ton scale products.
By closely collaborating with our QA team, you play an integral role in attaining a high-quality level in all aspects from raw material acceptance up to product specifications and customer satisfaction.
With your collaborative spirit and keen attention to detail, you will support us in our entrepreneurial adventure. This also involves preparing future large-scale operations, running the capital investment project, and interacting with technology or equipment suppliers or toll manufacturing companies.
Your role
§ Lead and organize the day-to-day operation of production.
§ Drive the translation from our technology and processes into high-quality manufacturing.
§ Ensure efficient and reliable operation of our production demonstration unit.
§ Manage operational safety, environmental, quality and governmental rules and regulations.
§ Represent the central seniority and experience in process and operations management.
Your assets
§ You hold a master degree in Chemistry (or equivalent), and have 10+ years of experience in chemical production environment as an engineer and/or production team leader.
§ You are ready for a managerial position.
§ Strong team coaching and decision-making abilities.
§ Appetite for development and hands-on mentality in a scale-up environment.
§ Excellent communication and persuasion skills, enthusiastic and positive.
