GenAI Solution Specialist

We are looking for a Solution Specialist specialized in generative artificial intelligence technologies and in particular Large Language Models (LLM). In collaboration with our major partners such as Google, Microsoft, IBM and Cohere.ai, you will play a key role in defining and implementing innovative solutions for our clients, drawing on the skills of our team of experts in GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and develop personalized solutions using GenAI technologies and our partner platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure Open AI, IBM WatsonX and Cohere).
• Collaborate closely with the GenAI Engineers, Project Managers and Pre-Sales Specialists teams to ensure the design, development and deployment of solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Participate in the drafting of technical and commercial proposals, highlighting the advantages and functionalities of the proposed solutions.
• Liaise between clients and technical teams to facilitate communication and ensure regular monitoring of projects.
• Provide training and support to customers on deployed solutions, taking into account their feedback to continually improve products and services.
• Participate in technological monitoring and share best practices within the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Diploma in computer science, engineering, project management or related field (BAC +5).
• Significant experience in selling, consulting or implementing technology solutions, ideally in the area of artificial intelligence, generative AI or natural language processing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects with several stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the main GenAI technologies and our partners' platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure Open AI, IBM WatsonX, etc.) is a plus.
• Curiosity, initiative and appetite for new technologies.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or French and English (both written and spoken).
