The Leuven MindGate Board of Directors oversees the overall direction and strategy of the organization. Each Premium Gold Member can nominate 1 or 2 board members, depending on their financial contribution. The Premium Members nominate 4 board members as their representatives. 2 board members are nominated by the Regular members. All board member nominations are subject to approval by the General Assembly.
