What you will do

As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in guiding and managing a technical team specializing in the development of Semiconductor Technologies Platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Project Management: oversee project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Technical Guidance: guide the technical team in the design, development, and characterization of devices, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of silicon design platforms and PDKs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Resource Allocation: manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including test engineers, process and integration engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in silicon design and PDK technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Who you are

You are motivated, self-driven and passionate for semiconductors technologies and IC design. You cover most of below qualifications and expertise:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Strong background in Si Technology development, device design, photonics and characterization.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining PDKs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
