Team Leader Dry Etch Process

As a Team Leader within the Dry Etch, Strip and Implant Group, part of the Fab Engineering Dept, you lead and coach a diverse team of process sustaining engineers in close collaboration with various R&D Units.

What you will do

  • You lead a team of 10 dry etch shift process engineers supporting activities in our cleanrooms.
  • You manage the team planning to fully support daily fab operations.
  • You work closely with Hardware, Operations and Integration teams to support program deliverables.
  • You coach the team resources towards enhanced skill levels.
  • You are in direct contact with equipment suppliers to enhance tool performance and process quality.
  • You identify, initiate and follow-up Improvement Projects in accordance with group objectives.
  • You are an active staff member of the department and participate in its roadmap definition.

Who you are

  • You obtained a Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Physics, (Industrial) Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have 10+ years of experience (including managerial experience) in the semiconductor industry.
  • You have a solid background in dry etch tools and process engineering.
  • You manage multiple priorities with a “can do” attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • You inspire trust and confidence. You empower your team members and are enthusiast to take up challenges and reach ambitious objectives together with your team.
  • You share knowledge and technical information with comfort and clarity.
  • You combine results orientation, leadership and organizational skills with genuine care and empathy for people.
