Project Operations Specialist - High-NA EUV Research Lab

What you will do

As Project Operations Specialist, you coordinate a team of 4 Planners to provide support to the high-NA lab team, consisting of imec and ASML employees. You manage the planning and execution process for multiple, parallel experiments coming from different customers (internal and external). This will involve scheduling of all needed wafers, materials, masks and tools at the high-NA lab in Veldhoven and securing back-up tools at the imec campus where possible. It also may involve ensuring timely shipping of goods back and forth between ASML Veldhoven and imec Leuven. We expect you to actively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and come up with new systems and improved working methods. You define priorities in the overall schedule to meet all deadlines after aligning with the high-NA tool owner in Veldhoven. You will directly interface with your counterpart at ASML to ensure customer needs are executed to plan. You will be based at the new High-NA Lab in Veldhoven.

• You are highly organized and detail-oriented and know how to manage overlapping projects, keep track of deadlines, and efficiently use your time.
• You are a strong analytical thinker with problem solving skills and mathematical abilities.

• You are a great communicator who is persuasive and good at presenting information.
• You obtained a master's degree in Business, Supply Chain management or related field.
• Showing proficiency in MS Office and planning software and having experience with data analysis
• Knowledge of supply chain management
• Project management and industry-specific experience is a plus.
• You are a team player.
• You can motivate and grow your team
• Given the international character of imec and ASML, good knowledge of (spoken and written) English is a must.
