RF Lab Engineer
What you will do
- Manage the daily operation in the lab:
- Propose and maintain work flow to improve the lab operation.
- Propose and implement solutions to solve (practical) measurement issues.
- Contribute to discussions on investments and selection of advanced lab equipment.
- Develop and maintain advanced measurement procedures:
- Coaching and training others how to operate the lab equipment.
- Automate repetitive measurement tasks into scripts and operational flows.
- Build measurements setups to measure and characterize devices (e.g. transistors), circuits and full (demo) systems from DC to sub-THz.
- Perform advanced measurements using vector network analyzers, (semi-automated) probe stations with general lab equipment to characterize devices and circuits (e.g. small/large signal, EVM, noise, load-pull, etc...).
