What you will do

  • Litho process development for patterning and integration of advanced test site reticles.
  • Implement and optimize overlay control strategies and modeling to ensure the precise alignment of multiple layers and back side alignment during the lithography development process on both 193 immersion DUV and low NA & High NA EUV lithography.
  • Collaborate with researchers & process engineers from other groups(integration/CMP/etch/metrology) to improve patterning performance.
  • Coding(Matlab/Python/Julia...) to analyze data with statistical/ML toolboxes for multiple tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize advanced patterning flows.
  • Define standard designs for advanced logic/memory & metro targets, place them in next generation masks and finally validate them on wafer.
  • Work with various tool suppliers in various Joint Develop Projects.
