ICT IAM Product Owner
Join imec as our IAM Product Owner and lead the charge in managing all our IAM products and services!
What you will do
At imec, we prioritize the protection of our digital assets and the secure access for our employees and partners. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IAM Product Owner to spearhead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role encompasses overseeing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Remote Access solutions (RA), and Active Directory (AD). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our IAM systems are both secure and efficient.
Responsibilities include:
- Product Ownership: Own and manage the lifecycle of IAM products and services, including Active Directory, IGA, PAM, PIM and remote access.
- Service Ownership: Take full ownership of IAM services, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance together with our suppliers.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with imec’s business objectives, ICT strategy & security policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business, IT and security stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
- Program Management: Lead the IAM program, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to budget.
- People Management: Act as the people manager for the IAM team within imec.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate IAM systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users and administrators on IAM processes and tools.

Who you are
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in ICT, preferably in Identity & Access Management.
- You have a strong understanding of IAM principles & access management concepts.
- You have proven experience leading an IAM program or IAM projects and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You have proven experience managing a variety of stakeholders (business, IT, security, ...) throughout the organisation.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
