Design to Technology Co-Optimization Program Manager

As the Design to Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) Program Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and operational management of the DTCO R&D Program.

What you will do

  • You will lead cross functional teams to drive innovative DTCO solutions for compute and memory related applications. You will align with the expert teams and resource managers to best implement your plan. Your goal will be to deliver on the strategy defined by the program director, with your cooperation.
  • You will be responsible to lead the team technically and operationally, promoting interactions and innovations. Your open communication, enthusiasm and drive will be key to create a strong team and reach your goals.
  • You will transform a strategic plan into a multi-year research roadmap, operational plan and guarantee the quality of the Program.
  • You will monitor the resources, follow-up on the deliverables of your program, and ensure to stay within agreed boundaries. You will proactively manage change, drive the acceleration of your program activities when required, escalate showstoppers or issues within the organization, and help provide solutions.
  • The interaction with our industrial partners will be an important part of your activities. You will regularly report to our partners, help keeping a strong link with them and answering their specific requests. You will systematically capture, report and drive actions based on partners’ feedback. Twice a year, you will actively organize and chair the Partner Technical Week reviews to showcase the program results to our partners. You will also support your program director in presenting the program results to partners during business trips.
  • You will seek for constant improvements of both the quality and speed of our innovation. We will count on you to bring new ideas and help implementing them.

Who you are

  • You have a PhD degree or MSc in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, material science, or a closely related discipline.
  • You ave at least 5 year working experience in advanced design or technology related roles.
  • You have experience in project management and/or proposal writing. This includes collection of information, logical ordering of ideas and milestones. Building execution plans and writing technical annexes.
  • You have proven presentation and relation skills towards customers.
  • You demonstrate a clear sense of ownership with a strong drive for growing your program.
  • You have an enthusiastic and “always improving” mentality.
  • You are customer driven.
