Key description
As the Business Operations Specialist, you will:
- Anticipate ICT Tool Needs: Understand and predict the ICT requirements of our business development team to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive Digitalization: Lead initiatives to digitalize our processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Improve Business Flows: Take a key role in programs aimed at improving our business workflows, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Your passion for technology and proven affinity for software tools and operational excellence will be crucial in supporting our rapidly growing organization.
What you will do
As the Business Operations Specialist, your key tasks will include:
- Master Business Processes and ICT Tools: Become an expert on the business processes and ICT tools used by our BD team and customers.
- Conduct Internal Trainings: Provide training on all tools in use and communicate about new features and tools.
- Ensure Smooth Releases: Verify and validate new functionalities to ensure they align with business processes and work correctly, in close collaboration with the IT department.
- Focus on Efficiency: Maintain a constant focus on efficient business processes and tools.
- Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the first contact within the BD team for all tools and operational excellence-related questions. Diagnose and resolve unexpected tool behaviors.
- Translate Needs into Requirements: Convert the needs of the BD team into business requirements and use cases for new tools and features.
- Document Changes: Document processes and tool changes for internal use.
- Support Ad-Hoc Requests: Provide support for ad-hoc requests regarding our non-standard offers to the BD team.

Who you are
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics tools (CRM, customer service) is required.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory in our international environment.
- You have an analytical mind to translate needs into business processes.
- You can adapt to changing circumstances and requirements and naturally find simple ICT solutions for complex processes.
- You demonstrate a positive-critical attitude towards daily operations by suggesting improvements for more efficient and effective workflows.
- You can make decisions autonomously and prioritize and manage assigned projects.
