ICT & Data - Services & Consulting


As a Business Developer, you will develop new markets for our products:

  • You are responsible for the introduction, promotion, and sale of new and existing Enterprise Content Management solutions.
  • You will search for potential customers in different sectors, especially the financial and public sectors.
  • Based on thorough market research and trends and in consultation with the management, you identify "key accounts" in various market sectors and work out objectives in a business plan.
  • You find energy in actively contacting new prospects and are responsible for building and supporting long-term relationships with new customers.
  • You will contribute strongly to Xenit's brand awareness and visibility, working closely with Sales, R&D and Product Engineering and reporting to the Sales Manager on the development of your sales results.
  • You will build fruitful partnerships with companies that are just as innovative and driven as we are.
  • You write top-notch proposals and handle a range of commercial tasks.


As a Business Developer, you score with a broad outlook and grand plans:

  • You have a university degree and you communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
  • You preferably have experience in a commercial function in a b2b environment, based on a solid technical and conceptual understanding of offered solutions. Relevant experience in Enterprise Content Management or Software-as-a-Service environments is a plus. Or maybe you have a strong technical background as an engineer and you want to refocus in a sales role?
  • You have a positive attitude and good empathy skills. You have good communication and presentation skills and your empathy, listening skills and professionalism enable you to think along with the client in a solution-oriented way.
  • You have a strong interest in cloud and artificial intelligence.
  • You analyse and translate customer questions into efficient and adequate solutions. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you help companies find solutions for their Enterprise Content Management approach, so that a partnership can be developed.
  • Your innate commercial and strategic talent makes you a key player in our ambitious growth strategy: 20% growth year after year.
  • You learn fast and like to learn. You come across convincingly to IT and business managers. You are entrepreneurial, a go-getter and win daring and international deals.
