HR Responsible: new function in a growing company

You have the responsibility to manage and to execute at the same time the Human Resources services. You are the key person of contact for employees and management. In time, you will get the opportunity to assume additional responsibility in a growing company where the people are the main assets.

Your job

  • In addition to your responsible role, you will work operationally. You translate Comate’s HR objectives into concrete actions and programs.
  • You are a recruitment genius. Together with our marketing team, you take action in attracting high potentials. You will execute the recruitment process from A to Z: sourcing, reviewing applications, phone screens, interviews, organising technical assessments, take care of the negotiations with the selected candidates and make up the job proposals.
  • You are also responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires.
  • Together with our internal team leaders, you will work out technical training and talent development programs.
  • You are the single point of contact for every employee question regarding payroll, insurances, policies, company cars, vacation planning,…
  • To summarise: for our team of 40 great people, you will be responsible for everything that has to do with HR. From recruiting to coaching to handle a colleague’s car accident. You will work directly together with the managers.

  

Communicative – analytical – flexible – problem solver

  • You have a master’s degree (or equivalent through experience)
  • Experience (or interest) in a technology-focused company is a strong advantage.
  • You have excellent communication skills which enable you to communicate in a thoughtful and confident way with all levels and across cultural boundaries.
  • You have high ethical standards.
  • You like to take initiative and are results oriented.
  • You are familiar with HR tools like HR information systems, applicant tracking systems and HR analytics.
  • You have a very good knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter and, the job site market (Indeed, Stepstone, Jobat,…) and review sites like Glassdoor.
  • Dutch is your mother tongue, with fluent knowledge of English.
