In this new role, you will be coached by the Talent Acquitsiton Specialist and as a team we will develop and execute all activities aiming to fill open vacancies according to the required quality and quantity standards. You will be responsible for your own vacancies to fill and you make sure you find the right talent for the organization and help in the retention of this talent within the company. You are the ambassador of the company towards candidates and suppliers for all talent acquisition related topics. Together with your colleagues you actively position Terumo on the job market and build the employer brand.
You Collaborate with hiring managers and the HRBP's of the departments to evaluate existing hiring needs and prepare a staffing plan to accomplish the business goals by ensuring the successful recruitment of skilled candidates.
You provide specialized sourcing expertise for technical and niche profiles. This includes coming up with creative and innovative ways of finding the right talent for Terumo.
Recruiting staff includes creating and developing job advertisements, screening applications, short-listing the candidates, interviewing, assessing and selecting them, and help in the integration of new employees on their first working days.
You are one of the drivers of the recruitment process and suggest improvements when needed.
You develop and maintain effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top quality candidates.
Of course, you are comfortable both in using LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques to find the right candidates yourself, and you combine this with supplier management of our preferred recruitment partners.
You ensure constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns and comply with organization's staffing policies as well as procedures.
Thanks to your actions, you improve the time to fill- and interview-to-placement ratio and you optimize cost per hire.
Provide hiring metrics to organization as required.
You correctly use the SuccesFactors recruitment module and train others in the use.
Ad hoc you participate in HR related projects to further contribute to the HR team and develop yourself.
Minimal of 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment where you have been involved in directly sourcing, headhunting, cold calling and interviewing white collar candidates and/or high technics.
You have a master degree or equivalent.
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You are a sourcing expert: using your networking and social media skills, you can find the candidates others can't.
You have a can-do attitude to present the right candidates to your internal clients.
A proven track record of delivering sufficient, high-quality pipelines for multiple complex searches simultaneously
Strong communication- (written/verbal), presentation-, and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all employee groups and levels (executives, managers & employees)
You are able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes. You are a change driver, makes things happen.
