ico developed the CE-approved and FDA-cleared ico software to analyze brain MRI and metrix brain CT images. Alongside the use in clinical practice, the ico platform is increasingly used to brain transform phase I-IV pharmaceutical clinical trials. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a clinical trials business development manager.

Job summary

The successful candidate will identify business opportunities for the ico platform in clinical trials by brain generating new leads and prospects, prospecting qualified sales leads and leading new business development efforts. He/She will be responsible for securing new clients, developing strong relationships with existing clients, establishing partnerships and delivering on annual new business and revenue plans. The sales representative will work collaboratively with colleagues and management to effectively develop and execute strategic sales plans, resulting in both new business and incremental business with existing customers.

Responsibilities • Developing and securing international business by: • Leading business development efforts • Building key customer relationships • Planning and structuring clinical trials related sales activities

• Managing corporate meetings, exhibitions and trade shows • Writing business, research and technical proposals • Negotiating client contracts • Closing deals • Maintaining relationships by: • Providing support, information and guidance • Recommending new opportunities • Follow current market and technology trends to evaluate new potential markets • Collaborating with the icometrix' clinical trials team to translate pharma objectives into icometrix' milestones

Requirements • Master’s degree (or PhD) in a scientific/medical field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Emotional intelligence • Negotiation skills • Willingness to travel • industry is a strong asset Experience with pharmaceutical/CRO/health care • Experience in the field of neuroimaging is a strong asset • Full working proficiency in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
