As of 2026, all invoices between two companies must be sent electronically through the international network Peppol. Research shows that 1 in 2 companies are not aware, let alone ready for this obligation.
Is your company among them? In this MashUp, you'll learn how to be prepared for Peppol. You'll also learn tips and tricks from other participants, and you can share your own experiences! And more with Doccle, you can turn this obligation into an opportunity to further digitize and optimize your customer communications.

A MashUp is a conversation, not a presentation. However, every MashUp will have an expert in the room who initiates a discussion and answers your in-depth questions. There is plenty of time to share your own experiences and learn from others. This MashUp is part of the Hubs4Growth TechXperience sessions.
In this MashUp, Jasper Van Camp, Key Account Manager at Doccle, will guide you towards a solid Peppol solution. Doccle is the largest administration platform in Belgium and helps companies move to 100% digital administration.

Language: This session will be in English. Unless everyone in the room speaks Dutch, then we'll switch to Dutch.

No-Show? Cancellation or replacement is possible if notified by email at least 48h in advance (admin@leuvenmindgate.be). If you do not show up after registration, we will charge a no-show fee of €50. If a colleague replaces you, the no-show fee does not apply. All proceeds from this fee will be donated to a local charity.
