Many teams lose hours every week on manual and/or repetitive tasks: moving data between tools, updating spreadsheets, content creation or sending routine follow-ups. In this Mashup, we'll dig into real examples of how marketing and sales teams have automated these everyday tasks and freed up time for work that actually moves the needle.
We'll walk through actual cases together. What they automated, what challenges they hit, and what genuinely made an impact. No theory or complex tech, just practical automations you can actually use.
Here's where it gets hands-on: you'll work in small groups to map one process from your own workflow that's begging to be automated. We'll share tools, compare approaches, and help each other spot the quick wins.
You'll leave with concrete automation ideas tailored to your reality and maybe a few shortcuts borrowed from others in the room.

Who: This MashUp is for marketers, not for (marketing or management) consultants. We want to focus on people who want to make automation work in their daily jobs. This is not an opportunity to sell your own automation strategy.
Language: This session will be in English. Unless everyone in the room speaks Dutch, then we'll switch to Dutch.

One participant per company, to give as many organizations the opportunity to be part of the MashUp experience. We will cancel all duplicate bookings.
No-Show? Cancellation or replacement is possible if notified by email at least 48h in advance (admin@leuvenmindgate.be). Members & residents will be billed a €50 no-show fee. Non-members are required to pay the full registration amount/session. For members, If a colleague replaces you, the no-show fee does not apply.
