Ambitious growth plan Together with VeroTech founders Veronique Van de Kerckhove and Gert Rülle, it will be Van Dycke’s main focus to define and implement the new strategy to achieve the very ambitious plan to triple in size in the next 3 years. “With the arrival of Jean-Christophe and the recruitment of our new collaborators (business managers, recruiters, …), we want to accelerate our growth by a strategy of diversification within regions (Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels), sectors (transport, electronics, telecom, energy, life sciences …) and expertises (R&D), through different delivery modes (expert on demand, dedicated team, workpackage),” says VeroTech founder and Managing Director Veronique Van de Kerckhove.

Diversification This strategy will lift the company, which won the 2014 Trends Starter of the Year Award, was elected Trends Gazelle in 2017 and who was among Deloitte’s Fast 50 Technology companies in 2016 as well as 2017, to a whole new level. In 2019 alone 50 recruitments of R&D consultants are planned. “On the one hand, we seek to build long term partnerships with our customers by providing the best technological expertises to support their projects, on the other hand, to offer various interesting innovative industrial projects and career opportunities to our consultants,” says Veronique Van de Kerckhove.

“I am convinced that the VeroTech values of Vision, Excellence, Responsibility, Openness are a real differentiation factor for fostering success of customers and consultants to succeed all together. Trust, integrity, transparency, sharing knowledge, commitment, … are the main points of this positive spirit that attracted me to VeroTech. I am looking forward to meet the customers and highly skilled consultants (graduates, engineers, PhD) to share about this ambitious project ,” concludes Jean-Christophe Van Dycke.
