Leuven now houses Belgium's Best Employer
EASI, a company specialised in ICT solutions and services from Leuven, succesfully defended their title of 'Great Place To Work' in Belgium for companies with fewer than 500 employees. Yet, EASI hasn't been in Leuven for such a long time. Why did they choose to settle here?
80% of new companies in Leuven will still exist in five years. This is the highest number of all center cities in Belgium, according to Stadsmonitor. For EASI, this is not a coincidence, this is why they chose to drop the anchor in Leuven. EASI publishes management software, carries out development projects for mobile applications and provides IT infrastructure solutions and services.
This year, EASI prolonged their title as Best Place to Work in Belgium for companies with less than 500 employees. Next to bonuses and incentives, employees can also become shareholders. EASI already has about 20 shareholders which are all employees as well. According to EASI, this strengthens the devotion for the company and creates long term relations between the organisation and its employees.
Next to Leuven, they also have offices in Nivelles, Liège, Capellen (Luxemburg) and Paris.
