Flemish Life Sciences companies go international
Leuven MindGate, the province of Flemish Brabant, DSP Valley, the RegMed Community and Flanders Investment & Trade started a collaboration to help Flemish Life Sciences companies close international partnerships.
Flanders is a powerhouse in Life Sciences. A growing sector of organisations in MedTech, BioTech and RegMed (regenerative medicine). "To strengthen our position even more, finding the right international partners is a crucial task. After all, they are potential customers and partners in research and development for our Flemish companies", Tom Dehaene, deputy for internationalization mentions.
Leuven MindGate will encourage SMO's active within Life Sciences to develop and implement a successful internationalization strategy by informing and raising the awareness of SMO's concerning business strategies in internationalization. Also juridical and regulatory aspects concerning international product launches will be addressed. Furthermore, the project's focus will aim for internationalization in the EMEA and US region.
