EASI brings title of Belgium's Best Place To Work back to Leuven for fourth consecutive time

15 March 2018

EASI has been elected as 'Best Workplace' in Belgium for SMO's by Vlerick. The Leuven-based software company has been awarded this title for the fourth year in a row. Torfs won the award in the category for big companies.

EASI, the software company with its Flemish HQ in Leuven, won the category of SMO's (Small and Medium Organisations - companies with fewer than 500 employees) for the fourth year in a row.

Every year, Vlerick conducts a 'Best Workplaces' research, in cooperation with the Great Place To Work Institute Belgium and Jobat. The winning organisations are rewarded for being a good employer and for their humane organisation culture. Vlerick researches how employees experience trust, pride and collegiality in their job combined with the amount of fun they have at work. This counts for two-thirds of the results, the other third is compeosed by the results of the employers questionnaire.

SMO's who finished behind EASI were AE, Secretary Plus, Protime and Xylos. In the category for bigger companies, Torfs once again topped the list, followed by Accent Jobs, McDonald's Belgium, KBC and Start People.
